I love these little bold and sassy birds. Just discovered that one has built a nest under the cover to the propane tank. Whooda thunk! I mean really - there are lots of pretty more "organic" places!I wanted to tell you too that all the birds that I posted on my Pintrest Board (except the tananger) are birds I knew and loved in Minnesota. My dad took me to a bird sanctuary in the middle of Minneapolis to sit quietly and watch birds. I cherished that one-on-one time with my dad and it began my love for birds. Glad we are kindred spirits in that interest as well as several others.GinnyBlessings on you!!
Ginny - yes, I loved watching these too... Josh and I were cracking up at a pair of them fussing around our bird stand the other day. How funny that you've got one under your propane tank cover! I used to sit on my grandparents' back porch and watch birds with them - that got me interested in them when I was little, and then I took a birding class in college, which got me even more interested. Josh has recently gotten into birding too, so we're enjoying having a new hobby together... it is relaxing. Glad to know you enjoy it too! Maybe we can go out birding together one day! God bless!
Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to comment - I love hearing from you. If you can help me out with identifying any of these mystery birds or correct any mistakes I've made in identifying the others, I would so appreciate it! Happy Birding!
